Be aware of the influence of diet and nutrition. We forget that our diet can affect the rest of our body, such as nails and hair, and a healthy diet can make your hair strong and healthy.
Drink plenty of water. Doctors recommend drinking at least 8 glasses of water each day to keep us hydrated and energized. It also helps to remove impurities and toxins that can weaken hair follicles.
Eat plenty of green leafy vegetables. Not only are they good for hair health, but also for the heart and the rest of the body. Choose a variety of vegetables such as peas, spinach, broccoli and snow.
Make sure you take calcium supplements or drinking milk. Football is an excellent source of vitamins for our bones, teeth and hair. If it is not able to handle the milk, you can choose between many supplements in pharmacies.
Eat fruit as you can during the week. Fruits can provide natural sugars, and can be a source of moisturizer. Bananas have a world of vitamins and their benefits.
Make sure you get enough protein. You can get protein from meat, eggs or peanuts. Choose one that will work with your diet. Proteins provide the body with energy and strength.
